Economic and social development is accompanied by a series of conceptions that sustains all the fields of activity. Like the human society the economic activities are subject to changes, based on theories that argue the role, the importance and the place occupied by various factors of development. We appreciate that overcoming the actual economic situation in Romania depends on the perspectives of human factor, essential subject of changing mentalities that tie us to the past.human resources management, knowledge economy

Our paper, entitled "Explanatory Econometric Method for the Analysis of the Behaviour Management in Organizations in Romania" reflects the wide opening of econometric modelling to quantify the Romanian management issues, representing a practical guidance on multiple recovery plans to fund the huge data collected as part COMOR project launched by the Scientific Society of Management in Romania to characterize the behaviour of managers in the Romanian economic organizations. Construction of these models offers possibilities for complex analysis, descriptive and factorial sequence of firms, counties, geographical areas, but comprehensive summary of studies on the macroeconomic level. Scientific knowledge through a comprehensive assessment of managerial behaviour in the most representative types of business organizations of all geographical areas of the country are, in the context of globalization, one way to prevent surprises market economy. Thus, the results of this exploratory research will provide economic environment, and not only strong argument for anticipating decisions in order to choose the best economic policies, with beneficial effects as conclusive and with as few undesirable implications. Research based on the opinions of thousands of respondents approved, processed through a variety of instruments subject of extensive econometric and interdisciplinary interpretation, psycho-socio-economic management, is a modest contribution to the affirmation of local scientific research that aim for theoretical and applied Romanian school of management by defining: - knowledge of behaviour management in all types of business organizations in Romania;- identifying the Romanian space dimensions of organizational culture as a reflection of the peculiarities of national culture and especially of the main ethnic-specific subcultures;- profile defining effective manager and leader of excellence in terms of character traits and their behaviour.econometrics, management, organizational culture, descriptive analysis, factorial analysis.

THE NECESSITY TO PROMOVION THE MANAGEMENT BASED ON KNOWLEDGE

Taking into consideration the current conditions, in which "information is often assimilated with power" the major interest for most organizations stands in collecting the necessary knowledge at a high qualitative level and using it with maximum efficiency, through its materialization into adequate managerial conducts, actions and decisions. Together with the assurance of the material, human resources, both international and financial, the performing organizations are more and more preoccupied by the production, transmitting, usage, depositing and protection of knowledge, especially of the strategic ones, essential for the companies' development. The information became more and more a resource, a major asset, a main product and at the same time a strategic advantage for organizations, fact that has a significant influence over the content and the way of manifestation of the management, imposing with acuteness the promotion of the management based on knowledge.management based on knowledge, information, culture of knowledge, a learning organization

CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DEVICE FORTHE DECOMMISSIONING OF THE FUEL CHANNELS IN THECANDU NUCLEAR REACTOR

As many nuclear power plants are reaching their end of lifecycle, the decommissioning of theseinstallations has become one of the 21stcentury’s great challenges. Each project may be managed differently, depending on the country, development policies, financial considerations, and the availability of qualifiedengineers or specialized companies to handle such projects. The principle objective of decommissioning is toplace a facility into such a condition that there is no unacceptable risk from the decommissioned facility topublic health and safety of the environment. In order to ensure that at the end of its life the risk from a facility iswithin acceptable bounds, action is normally required. The overall decommissioning strategy is todeliver a timely, cost-effective program while maintaining high standards of safety, security and environmentalprotection. If facilities were not decommissioned, they could degrade and potentially present an environmentalradiological hazard in the future. Simply abandoning or leaving a facility after ceasing operations is notconsidered to be an acceptable alternative to decommissioning. The final aim of decommissioning is torecover the geographic site to its original condition

The complexity of the living entity - a new paradigm

The authors of this paper consider themselves as adepts of Adler’s theory sustaining the idea that human beings cannot authentically progress outside the acknowledgement of their feelings and interconnectedness for living and work activities as parts of the whole society. Following this point of view, the achievement of all necessities of life, inside the society, is a systemic process of consciousness supposing the freedom as an assumed responsibility. From this perspective, the humanity should switch from the knowledge based society’s concepts to those of the application of assumed responsibility where scientific knowledge becomes a must to knowing and evaluating the whole living soundness at any level (individuals, family, official entities and authorities, communities, environment). We will use the term of network effect generated by the communication for the whole living of the national academic society facing deep challenges and transformations. This way we intend to promote the re-spiritualization of the education under a national program, so that the durable change be produced and proved, from the inside to the outside of our daily societal life . Working on a model to set up a new way to measuring the soundness of any whole living, we are applying the model to determine the soundness of an university; to understand the evolution of the whole it is necessary to study the evolution and reaction of its components.peer-reviewe

Analysing the spatio-temporal evolution of built-up area in Bistrita subcarpathian valley using G.I.S techniques

The goal of the study is to develop an appropriate method for analyzing and quantifying the territorial expansion of built-up area in the administrative territory of Bistrita subcarpathian Valley, a well populated region. The area under study has high favorability in terms of housing due to its contact geographical unit position and access to natural resources. Analyzing spatio-temporal dynamics of built-up area is essential for understanding and assessing the consequences of anthropogenic pressure on the environment. The methodology was mainly achi sved through GIS techniques, by using relevant cartographic documents covering a period of more than 200 years. As a particular method we created a system of matrices (focalsum) which divide the areas affected by changes into equal size squares in order to highlight the density of these changes. The study was conducted through a systemic approach, aiming to analyze the connections between the territo: ial expansion and the environmental components which constituted key factors to its dynamics. The results showed a continuous and rapid expansion of built-up area, With different growth patterns depending on the socioeconomic factors, which represented the dominant driving factors of this phenomeno

Real-time investigation of skin blood flow changes induced by topical capsaicin

Capsaicin induces a localized inflammatory process known as neurogenic inflammation upon its topical administration on the skin, due to the release of various neuropeptides from the cutaneous sensory nerve endings. In this study, we investigated real-time skin blood flow changes that occur in neurogenic inflammation induced by topical capsaicin by means of in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy. 27 healthy subjects (15 women and 12 men, mean age ± Standard Deviation: 22.62±4.47) were administered topical capsaicin solution (Capsaicin group) or immersion oil (Control group) on the dorsal side of their non-dominant hand. At different time intervals during administration (0, 10, 25, and 40 minutes), cutaneous blood flow was evaluated using reflectance confocal microscopy and compared between the two groups. Blood flow values were higher during topical capsaicin, with significant increase after 25 (P=0.0160, Dunn’s multiple comparisons test) and 40 minutes (P=0.0132, Dunn’s multiple comparisons test) after its administration when compared with the initial 0 min value. Furthermore, the differences in the blood flow changes between the two groups were significant at 25 min (P=0.0182, Dunn’s multiple comparisons test) and 40 min (P=0.0296, Dunn’s multiple comparisons test) after capsaicin administration. Reflectance confocal microscopy allows in vivo, real-time evaluation of cutaneous blood flow changes within the capsaicin-induced inflammation, and this method might serve as a research model to test neurovascular reactivity. </p
